Animation Project Director at Interlochen Summer Fine Arts Camp, 2022

Held the pivotal role of directing an animation project at the renowned Interlochen Summer Fine Arts Camp in 2022. Provided leadership and guidance to a group of 10 students, many of whom were new to the realm of animation. Under my direction, the team successfully completed an animated group project within a three-week period.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements:

• Project Management: Worked diligently with a team of young aspiring animators, guiding them to the completion of a tangible project. Steered all stages of the production process, ensuring that each phase was executed with a unified vision, leading to compelling and coherent storytelling.

• Theme Development: Played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and producing a short animation, with a keen focus on promoting environmental awareness and sustainability. This thematic approach underscored the importance of marrying art with socially relevant messages.

• Storyboard Collaboration: Partnered with the writing team to ensure that the animation sequences seamlessly aligned with the storyboard concepts.

• Voice-over & Scene Rendering: Facilitated and oversaw the creation of voice-overs tailored for specific animations and action sequences, enabling students to bring life to their visual renders.

• Recognition: Proud recipient of the esteemed Fine Arts Award in Animation presented by the Interlochen Center for the Arts, a testament to the dedication and excellence we achieved in the project.
